I’m starting to study being a psychic or medium. I picked up a book yesterday at the library called So you want to be a medium? It’s a down to earth guide on how to get more in touch with the spirit world. Very intereasting. There is a meditation exercise in it for any readers to use. I woke up this morning, (it’s also my first day of the master cleanse) drank my salt water, awhile later made my lemonade and sat down relaxed ready to meditate. I get about half way through the meditation starting to see the things the book says I should invision it felt really good i was nice and relaxed when the phone rang. Snapped me out of it just like that. The phone call was a distant reminder of things I was trying not to think about today. (moving)So i got off the phone turned the ringer off (which i’ll never forget to do again)and tried to relax enough to try again. I focused on my breathing Tried to envision my solar plexus but I kept being interrupted by my own thoughts. Well, I guess I’m going to do something else to clear my head for now and try again later.
